Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. You will act as the strategic link between business requirements and technical implementation, working closely with Project Managers, UI/UX Developers (Philippines), Digital Marketing Team Leads, and international clients, especially from Australia. Your role will be vital in streamlining processes, shaping digital transformation initiatives, and supporting high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct analysis of business processes, system workflows, and user journeys
• Convert business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and operational efficiency
• Analyze digital marketing insights and trends to support strategy
• Develop data-driven reports and dashboards using BI tools
• Act as the liaison between business teams and development teams
• Ensure smooth cross-functional alignment and requirement clarity
• Support UI/UX and development teams by clarifying requirements
• Stay informed about emerging digital and IT trends
• Provide insights to enhance product value and customer experience

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital environments
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, tech systems, and analysis methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
• Strong documentation, process mapping, and analytical skills
• Ability to solve complex problems and think beyond obvious solutions
• Strong collaboration skills across international and cross-functional teams
