Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our consultancy team. The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting consulting projects, conducting data analysis, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to support consulting engagements and project objectives.
• Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on client needs and requirements.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and reports.
• Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders through presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Assist in the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Support client workshops, meetings, and interviews, facilitating discussions, documenting decisions, and capturing action items.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and escalate issues or risks as needed to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the consultancy team.
• Collaborate with consultants, senior analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within a consultancy firm or corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and other analytical software.
• Solid understanding of business processes, workflows, and systems, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
