Job Title: Business Analyst (1–2 Years Experience)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite)

Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to translate business requirements into actionable solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and suggesting solutions.
• Support testing and quality assurance to verify that deliverables meet business needs.
• Communicate progress and updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a tech or software company.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and documentation standards.
• Ability to gather requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
