Business Analyst

We are looking for a smart and proactive BA (Presales and Post sales both )to join our growing team.

If you can manage client calls, understand requirements, prepare proposals, support sales closures and generate your own leads—this role is for you!

What You Will Do

Handle client requirement calls & prepare clear documentation

Create proposals, SOWs, feature lists & basic wireframes

Work closely with Sales + Technical teams for estimations

Support presales activities, RFP responses & client presentations

Assist in closing deals with proper technical clarification

Ensure smooth handover to development teams

What We Expect

Strong communication & analytical skills

Understanding of IT services (Web, App, Software)

Experience with BA documents (BRD, SRS, User Stories)

Ability to create polished proposals & presentations

Knowledge of SDLC & Agile concepts
