Summary:

As a BA at Teqto Infotech, you'll be the bridge between our clients and development teams—translating business needs into technical language and ensuring smooth project flow from concept to completion. This role is ideal for freshers from a tech background who are ready to explore the strategic side of IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and gather business needs during meetings and discussions
• Translate business problems into functional and non-functional requirements
• Create clear documentation like BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), user stories, and workflow diagrams
• Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Assist in preparing wireframes and mockups
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed
• Support in project planning, testing, and delivery phases
• Stay updated with IT trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management basics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Quick learner with an eagerness to grow and adapt.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Academic projects involving system design, business flow mapping, or use case development
• Familiarity with Agile methodology or tools like Jira, Trello, or Confluence
• Understanding of database concepts and API basics
• Internship or certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, ECBA, or similar)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
