Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Analyst & Sales Specialist to join our team. This unique role combines analytical expertise with sales acumen to drive business growth, improve decision-making, and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and actively engaging in sales efforts to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze business processes, operations, and customer data to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with different teams to improve efficiency and drive business strategy.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting based on data-driven insights.

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Work closely with marketing teams to align sales strategies with campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Maintain and update CRM records to track leads, sales performance, and customer interactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis, sales, or a combination of both.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Business analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
