We seek a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years focused on digital product engineering, specifically web and mobile products and platforms in B2C or B2B domains. This role requires a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring our products meet market demands and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 2 to 4 years as a Business Analyst.
• Minimum 2 years in digital product engineering for web/mobile products and platforms in B2C/B2B domains.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Pay: ₹258,365.49 - ₹1,266,576.41 per year
