Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing data, and recommending solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and support organizational growth. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, understand, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure accurate requirement implementation.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project roadmaps and feature lists.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate project updates and reports to clients and management regularly.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of IT/software development concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and analytical tools.
• Time management and multitasking ability.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
