Business Analyst

We are seeking experienced results-driven Business Analyst cum Proposal writer to join our team. This role is pivotal in crafting high-quality, persuasive proposals across a wide range of IT Services and IT products, including both product-based platforms and custom software development services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, project managers, developers, and designers) to gather accurate technical and business inputs.
• Draft clear, concise, and persuasive proposals that directly address client requirements, business goals, and pain points, offering tailored solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Translate complex technical solutions into client-friendly language, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customize and update proposal content to suit diverse industries, business domains, and client-specific requirements.
• Ensure proposals adhere to submission guidelines, deadlines, and internal quality standards.
• Manage multiple proposal timelines effectively while ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
• Contribute to - product requirement - ongoing improvements in proposal structure, formatting, and response strategy.
• Assist in clarifying client expectations and requirements via calls or written communication when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• (CBSE or ISCE is mandatory) Excellent Communication - Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–4 years of experience writing proposals in a software development or technology services company.
• Strong understanding of Start ups / services, solutions, and products.
• Proven ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional writing skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Budget: Rs.25000 to Rs.35000
