About the Role

Healthwire is seeking a sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support financial planning, business evaluations, investment feasibility assessments, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deal Sourcing & Market Research

• Identify and research potential investment opportunities across targeted sectors.
• Conduct industry, market, and competitive landscape analysis.
• Track relevant macroeconomic trends and sector-specific developments.

2. Financial Analysis & Modeling

• Build detailed financial models including valuation (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
• Analyze company financial statements and assess business fundamentals.
• Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.

3. Due Diligence Support

• Assist in commercial, financial, and operational due diligence.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, accounting, technical).
• Evaluate risks and mitigation strategies.

4. Investment Memos & Presentation Materials

• Prepare investment briefs, IC (Investment Committee) memos, and pitch decks.
• Summarize key findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Present insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and business strategy.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
