Job Title: Business Analyst – SaaS Product Development

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and analytical Business Analyst to join our Product team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in gathering requirements, defining product features, and driving the development of SaaS-based products . This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, define product requirements, and create detailed BRDs, PRDs, and user stories .
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for new product features.
• Work closely with the engineering and product design teams to ensure smooth execution of product roadmaps.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and wireframes to communicate requirements effectively.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions) with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and track key product metrics; use data-driven insights to refine product functionality.
• Partner with QA teams to validate features and ensure requirements are met in final deliverables.
• Act as a bridge between business, technical, and customer-facing teams to ensure product alignment and successful delivery .

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or SaaS product company .
• Proven track record of conceptualizing and launching new SaaS products or modules .
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies .
• Expertise in creating functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams, and wireframes .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, and SQL (for data validation) is a plus.
