We are looking for a Business Analyst (Fresher) who will act as a bridge between potential clients and our internal team. The role mainly involves handling email communication, managing leads, tracking data, and supporting business growth activities. If you have strong English communication skills and are good with analysis and documentation, this role is an excellent opportunity to start your career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle email-based queries from clients and provide prompt, professional responses.

- Manage and track incoming leads through email and maintain proper records.

- Prepare, update, and organize data sheets, reports, and documentation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and client needs.

- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and requirement documents.

- Conduct basic research and analysis to support business decisions.

- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all data and communication.

- Follow up with clients on pending updates and ensure smooth communication flow.

Required Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication.

- Good understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
