Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in requirement gathering, preparing BRDs/SRS, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting project delivery. Knowledge of process improvement, documentation, and stakeholder management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements.

Prepare BRDs, SRS, and process documents.

Coordinate between technical and business teams.

Identify gaps, propose solutions, and support implementation.

Assist in project planning and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
