As a Business Projects Analyst, you’ll be hands-on in supporting business development initiatives. Part of this role is to develop and implement strategies to promote sustainable and social responsibility practices within LeaderPromos. As well as being essential to developing and growing our B2B account relationships. Being a project analyst combines our company growth visions with our internal company behaviors and marketing performance.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the business development team on numerous projects with an emphasis on our B Corp Certification and growth analytics.
- Maximize selling opportunities by collecting and analyzing company and client marketing data
- Interact with clients on initial project inquiries, project tracking, follow up and timeline.
- Manage internal and external sustainability campaigns
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Corporate Responsibility
- Partner and implement sustainability and social impact strategies aligned with B Corp principles, including setting goals, tracking progress, and reporting on impact.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, such as employees, customers, suppliers, and community partners, to foster collaboration and drive sustainable initiatives.
- Assist with the B Corp certification process for the organization, including conducting assessments, gathering necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with B Corp standards.
- Become involved with understanding B Corp standards and requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance and timely submission of required reports and documentation.
- Track metrics and measurement systems to evaluate the organization's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for continuous enhancement.
- Assist in educating and engaging employees on B Corp principles, sustainability practices, and social impact initiatives, fostering a culture of responsibility and involvement.
Business Development
- Provide creative and proactive ideas for current business development projects, compiling client marketing data
- Uncover insights about our target consumers and our lead generation efforts and leverage that information collaborates with internal teams for growth selling opportunities
- Assist in prospecting and developing accounts, generating sales quotes, and handling customer inquiries.
- Be highly engaged in business development by utilizing the supplier diversity network and advocacy groups to cultivate new and existing relationships resulting in sales.
- Represent LeaderPromos at industry conferences, WBENC events, and capacity building workshops
What You’ll Bring:
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, PR, or other Business-related fields
1-3 years’ working in a fast-paced, client-facing position, ideally with analytical marketing, outside sales or project management experience.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.
INDEPENDANCE NATURE: Embraces a self-starter mentality with high energy to grow and develop one's skillset
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results in a challenging environment.
TECH SAVVY: Strong working knowledge in analytical platforms such as Excel and sales platforms like Hubspot or Salesforce.
DATA-DRIVEN & METICULOUS: Keen ability to base all recommendations on data and pay attention to critical metrics while you manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline intensive environment.
PROCESS-DRIVEN: Solid grasp of operational processes, systems, and data tracking and usage in multiple areas of Marketing & Sales operations.
