Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic manager to lead the growth and expansion of our store excellence BU. This role will play a critical part in driving key strategic initiatives and leveraging technology to enhance operational performance and efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including Amazon, to ensure strategic objectives are met and operational excellence is achieved.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of the business unit.
2. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, tech and finance teams to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions and execution of business goals that enhance profitability
3. To create a detailed analysis outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a priority area the team has identified.
4. Help create relevant data dashboards and provide inputs for appropriate actions and business decisions. Identify variance and outliers against the agreed metrics.
5. Suggest ways to handle the data outliers and tracking with larger teams to drive process improvements.
6. Progressively also study the raw data and devise modeling techniques to analyze this information and investigate the impact of different solutions.

Education and Knowledge

• Engineer / MBA preferred with 2-3 years of experience
• Working knowledge of financial analysis, P&L management
• Expertise in SQL, python, and data analysis techniques would be preferred
