Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Odoo ERP to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only optimize and manage existing processes but will also have the ability to design and implement new processes from scratch in alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business operations and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Design and implement end-to-end business processes within Odoo ERP modules.
• Configure Odoo ERP to meet business needs and ensure seamless integration between modules.
• Develop workflows, reports, dashboards, and KPIs in Odoo ERP.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into functional solutions.
• Provide training, support, and documentation to end-users.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth deployment of new processes or enhancements.
• Continuously monitor system performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with Odoo ERP .
• Hands-on experience configuring Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and designing workflows from scratch.
• Ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into ERP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in UAT, training, and end-user support.
• Knowledge of Python or Odoo Studio is a plus.
