Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst (Mid-Level)
Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Location: Emarah Suites, Shara e Faisal, Karachi

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring smooth project execution and data-driven decision-making. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure alignment between requirements and deliverables.
• Support project planning, risk assessment, and timeline management.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
• Ensure continuous improvement by analyzing post-implementation outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or service-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and Power BI (or similar analytics tools).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Comfortable working during night hours (7 PM – 4 AM) to collaborate with international teams or clients.
