Job Summary

The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between clients and the technical team, ensuring smooth communication, clear requirement understanding, and successful project delivery. This role involves requirement gathering, documentation, analysis, and supporting the project lifecycle from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients.

Translate client needs into clear functional specifications for the development team.

Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making.

Work closely with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure project alignment.

Assist in creating workflow diagrams, use cases, wireframes, and process documentation.

Participate in client meetings, demos, and presentations.

Support testing processes by validating requirements and ensuring accurate implementation.

Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

For Freshers:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.

For Experienced Candidates (2–3 Years):

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development.

Strong understanding of requirement analysis, client handling, and documentation.

Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar platforms.

Compensation Structure

Freshers:

6-month unpaid training program.

Performance-based absorption into a paid role upon successful completion of training.

Experienced (2–3 Years):

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (as per market standards).
