Job Title: Business Analyst – Low Code Platform

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in low-code platforms (Appian / Mendix / OutSystems / PowerApps, etc.) to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and work closely with development teams to deliver scalable low-code solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Interact with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Analyze existing systems and identify areas for automation or optimization through low-code solutions.
• Convert business requirements into detailed Functional Specifications , User Stories , and Acceptance Criteria .

Low-Code Solution Design

• Collaborate with low-code development teams to design process models, data models, and application workflows.
• Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes on low-code tools.
• Validate feasibility of requirements within low-code platform capabilities.

Project Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews in an Agile environment.
• Provide clarifications to developers and ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop test scenarios and perform functional, UAT, and regression testing.
• Work with users to ensure smooth User Acceptance Testing and sign-off.
• Validate that delivered solutions meet business objectives and compliance standards.

Documentation

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, SOPs, and release documentation.
• Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to business and technical stakeholders.
• Support change management and end-user training initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in low-code platforms (Appian / Mendix / OutSystems / PowerApps).
• Solid understanding of BPMN, workflow automation, and process re-engineering.
• Hands-on experience writing User Stories , Use Cases , Process Flow Diagrams , and Functional Specs .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

• Low-code platform certification (Appian Analyst / Mendix Rapid Developer / OutSystems Associate, etc.).
• Experience with SQL basics and API integrations.
• Exposure to RPA, BPM, or digital transformation projects.
