Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in marketing portals, CRM systems, and digital product workflows. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the product/engineering teams by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, documenting deliverables, and supporting product planning and delivery within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will be instrumental in the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle:
- Requirements Definition & Documentation: Translate high-level business needs into clear, detailed user stories, use cases, and process flows for the development team.
- Agile Planning & Execution: Actively participate in the full Agile lifecycle, including leading discussions in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demo sessions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders (client, sales, marketing, and product teams) to gather and meticulously define detailed business and functional requirements.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing systems and business processes related to CRM, marketing automation, and lead management to identify gaps and areas for optimization.
- Quality Assurance & UAT Support: Support testing and validation (UAT) of delivered features to ensure quality, alignment with business needs, and sign-off readiness.
- Product Alignment: Work closely with the UI/UX and development teams to ensure developed features are aligned with documented requirements and business goals.
- Strategic Analysis: Perform market and competitor analysis to support roadmap planning and feature benchmarking.
- Performance Metrics: Help define metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for marketing performance and CRM engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital product or SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with marketing portals, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), and lead management systems.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and proven ability to lead requirements definition using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Demonstrated experience in developing test cases and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Expertise with tools such as Jira, Confluence (for documentation), Figma, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience / Knowledge in working with dealer management systems (DMS) or in the automotive/powersports domain.
- Familiarity with data integrations and API documentation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs and campaign tracking mechanisms.
