Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business teams and technology, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood, well-defined, and successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and research.
• Translate requirements into clear and actionable User Stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support product owners and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help optimize business workflows.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience writing User Stories and working in Agile environments is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
