Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Coordinate projects and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Work closely with operations teams for process improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders for requirement validation and documentation.
• Provide insights and support for carrier goods and logistics processes.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in Motor Insurance domain (must-have).
• Strong knowledge of requirement gathering , documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to project coordination or operations execution.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
