Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst

Location: Gurgaon (Work from office)

Experience: 3 Years

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in business analyst or a related role.
• Experience with business analyst tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Liaising with the testing team is good to have.
• Expertise in RFP (Request for Proposal), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and functional testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes,systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and document detailed business requirements, user stories and use cases.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Perform data analysis to generate insights and recommendations for business decision-making.
• Assistin the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users on new systems and processes.

Education:

• B.Tech/Equivalent
