We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, mapping requirements, and translating them into effective Zoho solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to streamline processes, improve workflows, and ensure the successful implementation of Zoho applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for Zoho solutions.
- Work with the development/implementation team to configure, customize, and deploy Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Books, etc.).
- Identify gaps in existing processes and suggest improvements using Zoho tools.
- Develop workflow automations, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Provide end-user training and create process documentation/user guides.
- Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization of Zoho systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (IT, Computer Science, or Business preferred).
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
- Hands-on familiarity with Zoho applications such as CRM, Creator, Books, People, or Desk.
- Basic understanding of workflow automation, logic building, and integrations.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
