About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (ERP/IT Domain) who can understand business processes, translate them into ERP/IT solutions, and work closely with clients and technical teams to deliver high-quality implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for ERP/IT solutions
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, GAP analysis, and process mapping
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, use cases, and workflow diagrams
• Coordinate with development, QA, implementation, and support teams
• Assist in ERP configuration, UAT, and post-implementation support
• Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams
• Support data migration, integrations, and change requests
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP / IT projects
• Strong understanding of ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, HR, etc.)
• Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience in UAT, requirement validation, and documentation
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, JIRA, Confluence is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Odoo, Dynamics, Zoho, or Custom ERP
• Exposure to API integrations and system workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
