About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst who can support our pre-sales and post-sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and a keen interest in understanding business processes and customer requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales

• Understand client requirements and assist in preparing proposals.
• Create presentations, product demos, and documentation for potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for pitches.
• Support business development team in lead qualification and analysis.

Post-Sales

• Work with clients to gather feedback and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and workflow analysis for ongoing projects.
• Assist in requirement gathering, changes, and process improvements.
• Maintain communication between clients and technical teams for issue resolution.

Skills & Requirements

• Must be a B.Tech graduate.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and technical requirements.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work in a team and manage tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,643.50 - ₹25,000.00 per month
