Job Description
As a business analyst, you will work with organizations to help improve their processes and systems. Acting as the key interface between multiple teams you would gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and convert them into detailed usecases
- Prepare Business Requirements Document (BRD),functional and nonfunctional requirement documents along with systemrequirement specifications
- Prepare Data flow diagrams, Flow charts, UML,Activity diagrams
- Act as an interface between customer team, technical teams andsupport teams
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs
- Identify, manage and control changes providedby customer
- Track and report progress to stakeholders
- Prepare and conduct customer/ end-usertraining
- Responsible for functional testing andproviding UAT support
Requirement
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player
- Understanding of various testing methodologies
- Knowledge of SDLC process
- Good time estimation skills
- Familiar to IT terminology
- Knowledge of Salesforce
