Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer and account performance using data from multiple systems, including bookings, ARR, ticketing/support trends, telemetry/usage data, and customer demographics.
  • Develop frameworks and models that surface churn indicators, retention drivers, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities, enabling data-driven account strategies
  • Create and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports that highlight customer health, renewal risk, expansion opportunities, and overall account performance, working closely with regional leads to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and other teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to support customer/account strategy and strategic initiatives or programs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess potential divestiture opportunities, including financial modeling and market analysis.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and strategic recommendations for optimizing the portfolio, programs and aligning resources with growth priorities.
  • Ability to develop advanced scripts to automate and refresh PowerPoint presentations with various Power BI graphics.



Required Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and visualization (including PowerQuery and PowerPivot).
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, with the ability to create high-impact, professional presentations.
  • Proficiency in SQL for extracting and analyzing complex datasets.
  • Experience with modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like DAX/Python or R for advanced analytics (preferred but not required).
  • Strong knowledge of product analytics tools and methodologies for assessing usage and customer behavior.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Revenue Cloud, or comparable CRM systems.



Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product analysis, financial analysis, or related roles, ideally within a SaaS/software environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, including Excel, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
  • Experience in financial modeling, including cost-revenue analysis and product profitability assessment.
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR) and understanding of software product lifecycle management.
