We are looking for a
Business Analyst
who will bridge the gap between our business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with client needs and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with clients, product owners, and internal stakeholders to
gather, document, and analyze business requirements
.

Translate business needs into
functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and wireframes
.

Ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment of requirements with business objectives.
Solution Design & Documentation
-
Work with the engineering and product teams to design scalable and feasible solutions.
-
Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and user stories in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Conduct gap analysis and propose system/process improvements.
Stakeholder Management
-
Act as a bridge between business, technology, and QA teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.

Facilitate workshops, requirement review sessions, and status updates with stakeholders.

Manage scope, priorities, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Testing & Validation
-
Support QA teams by defining acceptance criteria and reviewing test cases.
-
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that deliverables meet business needs
Project Support
-
Assist Project Managers in estimations, planning, and risk identification.

Track project progress, highlight risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
What We’re Looking For
-
Masters in Finance
-
Upto 2 years
of experience as a Business Analyst in an BFSI or IT products/services environment.

Strong knowledge of
Agile methodologies
and tools.

Excellent skills in
requirements elicitation, documentation, process modelling, and wireframing
.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
-
Exceptional
communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
.
