We are looking for a Business Analyst who will bridge the gap between our business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with client needs and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with clients, product owners, and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements .
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and wireframes .
• Ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment of requirements with business objectives.

Solution Design & Documentation

• Work with the engineering and product teams to design scalable and feasible solutions.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and user stories in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose system/process improvements.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a bridge between business, technology, and QA teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement review sessions, and status updates with stakeholders.
• Manage scope, priorities, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Testing & Validation

• Support QA teams by defining acceptance criteria and reviewing test cases.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that deliverables meet business needs

Project Support

• Assist Project Managers in estimations, planning, and risk identification.
• Track project progress, highlight risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

What We’re Looking For

• Masters in Finance
• Upto 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an BFSI or IT products/services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Excellent skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, process modelling, and wireframing .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills .
