Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand their business needs and create prototypes, requirement documents, and BRDs.
• Serve as the single point of contact (POC) between clients and the Heptagon Tech team.
• Prepare project proposals and effort estimates.
• Perform the role of SCRUM Master within the SCRUM team.
• Organize sprint planning, conduct review meetings, and track overall project progress.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure all BA standards and processes are followed.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prioritize client feedback, and coordinate with the technical team to close feedback items.
• Address and resolve project-related queries from internal teams.

Job Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent documentation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Mandatory experience in Prototyping, BRD, and User Story creation.
• Experience as a SCRUM Master is an added advantage.
• Must have prior experience managing clients and internal teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
