Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and data analysis to gather, document, and manage business requirements and user stories for product enhancements and supply chain.
• Analyze current product development and supply chain workflows (e.g., forecasting, inventory, fulfilment) and design optimal processes
• Serve as the functional expert between business stakeholders for the implementation and maintenance of core systems.
• Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Use quantitative data (e.g., lead times, inventory accuracy, product defects) to identify pain points, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems across the relevant Product and Supply Chain teams.

Qualification: MBA in Business Analyst / BBA
Experience: 1-3 Years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
