Business Analyst

The Business Analyst / Associate Product Owner will be responsible for handling end-to-end requirements for an assigned development squad. This includes gathering requirements from stakeholders, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting backlog refinement, and coordinating with development and QA teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Skill / Expertise / Work background:

• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and analysis through stakeholder interactions.
• Strong documentation skills, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional workflows.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, and design teams.
• Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence (or similar requirement management tools).
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Experience level: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
