Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience in software development projects who can act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, documentation, analysis, and supporting the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives
- Translate business requirements into BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Use Cases
- Collaborate with development, QA, and UX teams throughout the SDLC
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification
- Assist QA team with test case validation and UAT support
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing systems
- Ensure requirements traceability from business needs to final delivery
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and project status discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in requirement elicitation techniques (workshops, interviews, analysis).
- Hands-on experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
- Ability to write clear and structured documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or similar.
Good to Have
- Experience working with web or mobile application projects.
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations.
- Exposure to UAT planning and execution.
- Domain experience in FinTech / Healthcare / E-commerce / SaaS (if applicable).
