Business Analyst

Octaloop IT & NS looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination within IT and software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

Coordinate with clients, developers, and designers to ensure clarity of requirements

Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows

Assist in requirement validation, change management, and impact analysis

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and progress meetings

Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: MBA, BBA, or BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology

Fresh to 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role

Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills

Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured requirements

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar

Nice to Have:

Exposure to client-facing projects

Understanding of web or software development projects

Basic knowledge of wireframes, APIs, or system flows
