Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst who will act as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and the technical team. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams for requirement clarification
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and stakeholder meetings
• Assist in project planning, scope definition, and change management
• Perform gap analysis, feasibility analysis, and impact analysis
• Support UAT and ensure requirements are met before final delivery
• Prepare reports, flow diagrams, and process documentation
• Act as a point of contact between business and technical teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Freshers with strong analytical skills may apply)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with documentation tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

Good to Have

• Experience in IT services, web/mobile applications, SaaS projects
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, APIs, databases
• Exposure to client interaction and pre-sales activities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
