The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with experience managing complex technical projects. They should be comfortable configuring the Salesforce platform end-to-end, including data transformation, UI/UX design, process automation, and security and visibility settings. Existing Salesforce certifications or a proven track record of success on Trailhead are highly valued.
This role requires availability to work from our downtown Indianapolis office at least four days per week. The ideal candidate is excited to collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team and work closely with their supervisor on client projects spanning a variety of industries and Salesforce products.

COMPENSATION
Compensation for this role is comprised of 3 elements:
Base Salary
Utilization Bonus paid based on billable hours (quarterly)
Variable Bonus (monthly) based on the quality of delivery and the level of contribution to the project
Those 3 elements combine to equate to total compensation for this role, which is $60-$85k Annually
Effective note-taking and organization to ensure project success
Providing regular updates on the status of assigned tasks to other members of the project team
Escalate and mitigate risks before they become an issue
Hands-on Salesforce configuration with support from technical leads
Execute basic change management & learning (training videos for clients, tip sheets, regression test scripts, etc.)
This role may require some travel time, mostly local, depending on project needs. Therefore, we're seeking candidates who are open to and able to accommodate
Demonstrated leadership experience
Familiar with either Scrum or Agile project methodologies
Clearly articulate the value of the tasks you are performing
Manage time effectively in coordination with your team
