Business Analyst

We are urgently hiring a Business Analyst (3–6 Years) for our Hyderabad office.

This is a high-priority role and we’re actively interviewing immediate joiners.

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: 100% Onsite (No Remote)

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and challenges

Gather, analyze, and document business & functional requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS)

Convert business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers across the SDLC

Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments

Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement reviews

Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution

Maintain requirement traceability and detailed documentation

Support change management and continuous process improvement

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Proven experience in requirement elicitation and documentation

Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, or similar tools

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience working with cross-functional teams

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Pay: ₹14,376.04 - ₹77,184.24 per month
