Role Overview- Executive Secretary to MD/Business Analyst- Business Performance
Job Summary
The incumbent will analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making, improve revenue growth, and optimize sales operations. The role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Management teams to deliver actionable insights, forecasts, and performance reports and reports into the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance by
product, region, customer segment, and sales channel

Develop and maintain
sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs (targets, pipeline, conversion rates, margins)

Prepare sales forecasts, budgeting inputs, and variance analysis
-
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve sales efficiency and revenue growth
-
Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and demand planning activities
-
Evaluate pricing strategies, discount effectiveness, and promotional impact
-
Automate and improve sales reporting processes for accuracy and timeliness
-
Present insights and recommendations to senior management
-
Work closely with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to ensure data accuracy
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

Strong expertise in
financial modeling

Excel
, and
data visualization
.

Experience working with senior executives or C-suite leadership teams.

Having exposure in sectors like-
chemical manufacturing/trading, petrochemicals, oil and gas, automotives, plastic and rubber engineering.
