Business Analyst – Mastery Overview

• Supports large-scale initiatives within the Operations Project Management Office (OPMO).
• Plays a highly visible role partnering with Operations leadership, technology teams, suppliers, and procurement.
• Responsible for coordinating, planning, and developing business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Supports readiness initiatives and system implementations, including Salesforce across Operations.
• Operates at a senior level, balancing business needs with technology capabilities and constraints.
• Drives process improvement, supports business strategy, and ensures delivery of business value.

• Formulate and define business and system scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements.
• Analyze business and user needs and translate them into clear business and system requirements.
• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering system limitations and desired outcomes.
• Lead impact analysis and assess implications to business processes.
• Develop business process models, job aids, procedures, and readiness documentation.
• Perform requirements management planning for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Lead business analysis efforts across multiple concurrent projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Develop recommendations by applying critical thinking and risk analysis.
