Key Responsibilities:
Functional Requirements:
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of business needs and technical requirements. Drive formal sign-offs and agreements on the requirements.

Requirement Gathering: Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements through discussions, interviews, and workshops. Ensure thorough understanding of business processes.

Solution Analysis: Define project scope and objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

Change Management: Evaluate and monitor the impact of changes on the system, processes, and stakeholders.

Data Analysis: Analyze business data to derive insights and support decision-making. Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.

Reporting & Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), Change Request Documents (CRD), Flowcharts, and Statements of Work (SoW).

Training & Demos: Contribute to internal demos, user training, and ensure knowledge transfer to relevant teams.
Technical Requirements:
- Zoho Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of Zoho products, including Zoho Sprints, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Analytics.

Solutioning & Testing: Understand different phases of testing including Functional Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Unit Testing, and Prototype Testing.

SQL Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.

Project Management Tools: Experience using Zoho Sprints, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Analytics.

System Integration: Basic understanding of API integration and the impact of system integration on business solutions.
