Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Translate automation requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and execute test cases, manage test data, and perform functional/regression testing.
• Lead UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
• Ensure traceability across requirements, development, testing, and release.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to meet functional and quality standards.
• Track defects, risks, and changes using tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and post-production issue resolution.

Required Experience & Skills

• 4–7 years of experience as a Business/Functional/Test Analyst in automation or IT delivery.
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Strong experience in requirements documentation, testing, and UAT coordination.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and automation lifecycles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365.
• Working knowledge of SQL or data validation.
• Certifications: ISTQB, CBAP/CCBA (preferred).

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
