About the Role:

Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with proven experience in the retail industry to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and IT to deliver data-driven insights, optimize retail operations, and enhance customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in the retail domain.
• Strong understanding of retail processes: merchandising, inventory management, supply chain, store operations, and e-commerce.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with retail ERP/POS systems (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP IS-Retail, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Preferred

• Knowledge of omnichannel retail strategies.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in data-driven decision-making for retail KPIs.
