Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, business process automation, and lean management. This role requires deep analytical skills, the ability to gather and document business requirements, and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and workflow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
  • Assist in digital transformation initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Maintain strong communication and alignment with internal departments.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of business operations and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Balsamiq, Excel, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
