Shift Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM IST (Flexible)

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month

As our inbound sales and project pipeline continues to grow, we are strengthening our Requirement Analysis and Documentation function to improve clarity, estimation accuracy, and delivery readiness before projects move into execution.

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our delivery and product teams. This role plays a critical part in client discovery, requirement gathering, documentation, and scope clarity, ensuring seamless alignment between clients and internal delivery teams.

The ideal candidate enjoys working closely with stakeholders, structuring ideas into clear documentation, and supporting teams in building the right product from the start.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Conduct discovery call, participate in the discovery call and understand the requirements shared by the client / CEO/ Sales team.
• Convert business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare critical documents including SOW, PRD, BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories,estimate and timelines, and process flows.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, change logs, and feature backlogs throughout the project lifecycle.

Process & Quality Improvement

• Maintain consistency across proposals and estimates
• Improve estimation accuracy over time based on delivery feedback
• Support refinement of templates and documentation standards

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Clearly communicate requirements, changes, and timelines to all stakeholders.
• Ensure client expectations are aligned with technical feasibility and product scope.

Coordination Support

• Work closelu with the CEO, Project Managers, Developers throughout the lifecycle.
• Track requirement progress and assist teams in meeting agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with: SOW, PRD, BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, estimate and, timelines, and process flows.
• Proficiency with tools such as: Google Docs, Confluence, ClickUp, etc
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Based in Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula, or willing to relocate.
• Experience working on mobile and web application projects.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones

Work Model & Timings

• Hybrid (Office + WFH)
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (Flexible)

Compensation

• ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
