Business Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms such as Salesforce. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support the delivery of successful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and pain points
• Document business and functional requirements, user stories, and workflows
• Work with ServiceNow / Salesforce teams to design and validate solutions
• Support configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment activities
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and best practices
• Assist in Change Management and user adoption initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• Over 4 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT / digital transformation projects
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of ITSM, CRM, or enterprise workflow solutions
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow or Salesforce certifications
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Location: Hyderabad (with client site visits as required)
