Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) in the IT domain with 3–4 years of experience to work with cross-functional teams and support business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes along with exposure to technical systems and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Support UAT activities, defect tracking, and requirement clarifications.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT domain.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, etc.
• Ability to work with both functional and technical teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Advantage Skills

• Combination of technical and functional experience.
• Exposure to system integrations, APIs, databases, or enterprise applications.
• Experience working in client-facing roles or enterprise IT projects.

Additional Information

• Candidates must be open to transitioning to WFO in Hyderabad at a later stage.
• Only candidates with Immediate to 15 days notice period will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
