Business Analyst

Overview:

At FRND, we believe in the power of data to drive our strategy and enhance user experiences. As a Business Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our decision-making process, using your expertise to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and guide our product development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze performance and user behavior data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with product, growth, and leadership teams to identify data needs and ensure data accuracy.
• Utilize SQL to query databases and extract meaningful data for deep-dive analyses.
• Translate data into compelling stories through clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Identify problems and opportunities, driving prioritization and influencing business strategy.
• Support day-to-day business operations focused on profitability and long-term value creation.
• Assist in defining, tracking, and measuring success metrics for product and business initiatives.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in business/product analytics
• Tier 1 college (preferably IIT, BITS, IIM, and NIT)
• Proficiency in SQL is a must.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract insights quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment .

Note: The FRND team works 6 days a week, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays being working days.
