Responsibilities

Serve as the functional lead for Oracle EBS Finance modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and Treasury.

Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate needs into functional specifications and VSOs.

Design, document, and present custom functional solutions when standard Oracle functionality does not meet business needs.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to communicate business requirements and validate delivered solutions.

Perform functional testing, QA, and support UAT, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Provide ongoing application support, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements.

Analyze and troubleshoot issues using SQL queries, and work with developers to debug using PL/SQL where needed.

Work with third-party systems to support and troubleshoot integration points (e.g., bank integrations, treasury tools).

Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit readiness for financial systems.

Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content for users and support staff.

Act as the liaison between finance users, IT, and implementation partners, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Stay current with Oracle EBS updates and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals.

Preferred to have airline experience.
Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance as a Functional Analyst, Consultant, or Support Lead.

Strong domain knowledge of Finance business processes and modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and Treasury.

Proven ability to design and propose custom solutions when business requirements are not met with standard functionality.

Proficient in writing and analyzing SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.

Desirable to have a working understanding of PL/SQL to assist in debugging and collaborating with developers.

Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, functional design, and solution testing.

Experience with third-party integrations involving banking, payroll, tax, treasury, or expense systems.

Working knowledge of Oracle database concepts, concurrent programs, and data flows.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience with tools like Oracle Workflow, Web ADI, or BI Publisher is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
