About the Role

Realty Organiser is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst who can work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, documentation experience, and the ability to visualize requirements through wireframes.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

Prepare BRD, FRD, and process flow documentation

Translate business requirements into functional specifications

Create basic wireframes, mockups, or user flow diagrams

Coordinate with development and UI/UX teams for requirement clarity

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation

Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
