Business Analyst

Job Summary:

A Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into solutions that improve efficiency, profitability, and performance. The role bridges the gap between stakeholders and technical teams by gathering, documenting, and validating requirements for projects and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
  • Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams
  • Support solution design, testing, and implementation
  • Perform data analysis and generate insights/reports
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives
  • Assist in change management and user training

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with requirements documentation and process mapping
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
